Healing grows through connection.
About
My early work as an actor invited me into the richness of human experience—the messiness, the courage, the beauty of being fully alive. That same spirit now lives in my work as a therapist. I strive to bring openness, empathy, and creativity into the room, creating a relationship where what’s been hidden or unheard can finally have space to breathe and heal.
Approach
My work is IFS-informed and trauma responsive, grounded in compassion and curiosity. I hold a non-pathologizing view of mental health: every part of us, even the ones that feel painful or protective, has purpose and wisdom. In our work together, we’ll create a safe and steady space to explore your experiences at your own pace—helping you reconnect with your inner strength, integrate what’s been overwhelming, and cultivate a deeper sense of wholeness and self-trust. I strive to offer care that honors the full diversity of lived experience and welcomes people of all identities, backgrounds, and bodies.
